Bell times

Our school day is structured around a clear timetable. We have set times for learning sessions, activities and lunch. Understanding the bell times helps students get the most out of each part of the day.

It's important for students to arrive on time each day. If your child is running late, please contact our front office.

Our bell times

The following shows the breakdown of our daily times.

Morning Play - 8.30 am to 8.55 am

Roll marked - 8.55 am

Session 1 - 8.55 am to 11.00 am

Lunch - 11.00 am to 11.45 am

Students eat in year groups for 15 minutes prior to play starting at 11.15am. (If they haven't finished eating, students move to seats in the playground)

Session 2 - 11.45 am to 1.15 pm

Recess - 1.15 pm to 1.45 pm

Students eat in year groups for 10 minutes prior to play starting at 1.25pm. (If they haven't finished eating, students move to seats in the playground)

Session 3 - 1.45 pm to 2.55 pm

Playground duty and formal supervision commences at 8.30 am. The school office is open from 8.30 am to 3.30 pm daily. Students should not arrive in the playground before 8.30 am or remain in the school grounds after 3.00 pm, as teacher supervision cannot be provided outside normal school hours.

Additional Bell Times

Special Religious Education (SRE): every Friday after lunch during school terms.

Kinder to Year 2: 12.25 pm to 12.55 pm

Years 3 to 6: 11.45 am to 12.15 pm

Whole School Assembly - every second Monday after recess on odd term weeks under the cola.

Year Group Assemblies - every second Wednesday on even term weeks in the school hall. Parents are carers and welcome to attend.

Kinder to Year 2 - 12.00 pm to 12.30 pm

Years 3 and 4 - 12.40 pm to 1.10 pm

Years 5 and 6 -  1.50 pm to 2.20 pm
