Year 3 Beechworth excursion

Year 3 students are provided with the opportunity to participate in a long day excursion to Beechworth, Victoria. Activities on this excursion are designed to build on the History and Geography learning which has taken place throughout Semester 1 and 2. In addition to these valuable experiences that build on their learning in the classroom, students will have the opportunity to build positive relationships with their peers through the experience of the excursion.

Currently a tentative booking has been made for Year 3 students to experience various sites and venues around Beechworth, and Bonegilla on Thursday 1st May 2025. While visiting all sites and venues students will be supervised by teachers, support staff and tour guides on either guided tours or self-guided visits.

Date: departing on Thursday 1st May

Cost: Approximately $100 - $115 The final payment amount will be determined by the number of students attending.

First Payment: $30 due by Tuesday 8th April 2025

Final Payment: due by Monday 28th April 2025

Travel by: Martins Bus Company

Accompanied by: Stage 2 Teachers and Support Staff

Please note: If you withdraw your child from this excursion less than 14 days prior to departure, you may not receive a full refund. Refunds will be determined by the terms and conditions of the individual activity provider.
